My name is KC and I own a small licensed cattery north of Sacramento, California. I purchased my first Savannah in September 2005 from my mentor and friend, Sue Armstrong. Savannahs are hybrids of the African Serval Cat Savannahs are beautiful and intriguing animals with wonderful temperaments and fantastic personalities. The Serval is a medium sized species of cat that is found throughout Africa, particularly in the grassy savannas. They vary in size from 18 to 24 inches tall and 18 to 45 pounds. Except for a relatively short tail the Serval looks a lot like a Cheetah. It’s tail is short as not to interfere when jumping from a crouched or sitting position. Servals are very intelligent cats, and have been associated with man for centuries. Egyptians kept them as living idols and as protection for the food stored in granaries. Europe has had Servals as pets for centuries. All my kittens are raised having run of the house. They are socialized with my family members, my cats, and German Shepherd. My goal is to produce healthy and exotic looking kittens for you to love in their forever home. |
